A protection plan is an agreement between a homeowner and a company where, for a monthly or yearly fee, the company provides service and repairs for the homeowner’s covered appliances. Often protection plans are sold for individual appliances or systems, such as a stove or furnace. While valuable, having separate protection plans for each appliance and home system can be expensive.

Total Home Protection Plan
Our whole-home protection plan includes:

- air conditioning
- emergency plumbing
- water heater
- kitchen refrigerator and freezer
- range, oven and cooktop
Should something happen with a covered appliance or home system, you have access to 24-hour telephone support and after-hours emergency service. Our Total Home Protection Plan allows for up to $20,000 a year in repairs or replacement, and equipment is covered regardless of age, brand or model.
In addition to up to $20,000 in repairs and replacements, you’ll receive up to $350 for a home inspection or energy audit, 5% cashback on referred renovations, personalized home maintenance tips and a $2,000 renovation service guarantee.
Care For My Home 360 is a whole-home protection plan that can save you thousands of dollars on repairs, service and replacement. As a bonus, when you enrol, you can earn up to 3,500 Hudson’s Bay Rewards points1 to spend in store or online.
